Cancellation Policy
A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to ensure I stay on time for my other appointments.
A confirmation text and email will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Please click the confirmation link to confirm.
A non- refundable $50
deposit is required for new clients to hold your appointment date + time.
Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours will require a new $50 deposit to book another appointment. By booking with Color By Jenny, you agree to these terms.
