Cancellation Policy
For new clients, a non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment and will be subtracted from your final cost. This deposit may be transferred one time to a different date with a 48 hour notice.
For returning clients, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change, cancel, or reschedule a service. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
