Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service to your card on file
A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to ensure I stay on time for my other appointments.
